If we detect that a player operates multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, phone numbers or payment details — all accounts will be suspended and any funds or bonuses across those accounts may be forfeited without notice. Any transactions that took place before you reported the breach will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Identity Verification (KYC): 1jj9 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested again for large or unusual withdrawal amounts. Verification protects both your funds and the platform against fraud. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days will result in account suspension until documents are received.

Currency: All transactions on 1jj9 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1jj9 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. This is a firm policy — it means you will never incur foreign exchange losses or conversion fees when depositing or withdrawing from your 1jj9 account.

Processing Times: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed in real time (typically under 2 minutes). Bank transfer deposits process within 15–60 minutes on weekdays. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are processed within 10 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals process within 1–4 business hours.

Same-Method Policy: As a fraud prevention measure, 1jj9 processes first withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Players may request alternative withdrawal methods after account verification is complete and a transaction history is established.

Fees: 1jj9 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges are the responsibility of your own bank or wallet provider, not 1jj9.

Dormant Account Fees: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit or game activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 per month. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Reactivating your account by logging in stops any dormancy fee from accruing.

Welcome Bonus: The standard 1jj9 welcome bonus offers a 100% match on your first deposit up to Rs 10,000. To activate, opt in on the deposit screen before completing your first deposit. The bonus requires a minimum qualifying deposit of Rs 500. The wagering requirement on the bonus amount is 15 times (15×) — to withdraw bonus-derived winnings, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times across eligible games. The welcome bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of activation.

General Wagering Rules:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only real-money wagers count toward wagering requirements — bets placed using bonus funds on games that are excluded do not contribute.
• All standard games on 1jj9 contribute 100% to wagering requirements unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• Single bets that exceed 10% of the bonus amount at the time of placement may not count toward wagering requirements and may be voided at 1jj9's discretion.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from your account automatically.

Bonus Abuse: 1jj9 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, using automated tools to generate bonus wagering, and collusion between players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus balances forfeited. In serious cases, real-money balances may also be reviewed.

Free Spins: Free spins credited as part of promotions are valid on designated games only. Any winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion. Free spins have a standard 7-day validity unless stated otherwise.

RNG Certification: All casino games on 1jj9 — including jackpot slots, card games, Teen Patti and poker — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited to ensure complete randomness and fairness of outcomes. Published RTP percentages for all slot titles are verified figures from independent testing organisations.

Prohibited Behaviour: The following actions are prohibited on 1jj9 and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or access any feature of the platform.
• Exploiting known or suspected software vulnerabilities, errors or glitches to generate artificial wins or advantages.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or multi-player card games.
• Fraudulent activity including use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud or chargebacks on legitimate deposits.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering or use of the platform for purposes other than genuine personal entertainment gaming.

Disputes: If you believe a game result is incorrect, raise a dispute through 1jj9 live chat within 72 hours of the round in question. Provide your account username, the game name, the date and time of the round, and a description of the dispute. 1jj9 will review server-side records and provide a response within 5 business days. The outcome of this review is final.

When an account is closed by 1jj9 for a breach of Terms, any bonus balance and associated winnings are forfeited. Real-money balances may also be withheld pending investigation in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or chargebacks.

1jj9 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held liable for service interruptions, maintenance windows or third-party connectivity issues beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1jj9 shall not be liable for:
